So this is Bád Eddie. She ran aground on Magheraclogher Beach in Bunbeg, Gaoth Dobhair, back in 1977 after heavy Atlantic seas forced her ashore. The crew were rescued safely, but the boat couldn’t be saved — and she’s been sitting here on the Donegal coast ever since. Photographing her in black and white strips everything back and lets the damage, texture, and drama speak for itself — every scar shaped by wind, salt, and time. In a place this wild, even wreckage carries weight and meaning.
